Dear Renee,

I am sure that Mrs. Manners would be disappointed in me for taking so long to write this letter.  I know it has been several weeks since our real estate deal closed and surely, I should have written sooner.  Digesting the reality of our recent good fortune, much less expressing it in words, has proven to be a challenge.

David and I would like to express our heart-felt appreciation to you for working with us to acquire our new property.  You listened to our needs and desires then dedicated yourself to helping us find what we were looking for.  Your tenacity and diligence became one of our strongest assets.  You did so much more than just your job, you adopted our cause and strove for it as if it were your own.  Your efforts were unebbing from our first talk about what we would like all the way through closing the deal.

After dreaming and searching on our own for six years, with your help we have found the place we want to live for the next thirty years.  Our new home is a reality in great part due to you.  Please know that you will always be welcome at 19 Honey Hill Circle.

Best regards,

Dora Fletcher

Dear Renee,

Rebecca and I would like to congratulate and thank you for the hard work you put in on the sale of our home at Sawmill Forest.  We knew from the start that this would not be the most impressive listing for a large firm like Coldwell Banker, but you treated it just like it was a prime, ocean front address.  Your enthusiastic and creative marketing approach brought very quick results during a very uncertain period of housing sales.  You made the transaction virtually effortless for us from the listing to the closing.  We also very much appreciate the extra efforts you made from baking brownies to coming to my rescue when I was locked out.

Your perserverance and enthusiasm should serve you and all of your clients well for a long time and I predict a bright future for you in a very competitive field.  Thank you very much for a very professional job.

Sincerely,

Bob and Rebecca Morris

Renee Rezzetano is a top-notch professional.  When I contacted her in mid-January, my schedule was fairly aggressive.  My goal was to purchase the perfect property in Hilton Head before the vacation season started in early April.  The caveat was that I live in Atlanta, Ga, two hundred and fifty miles away.  Prior to contacting Renee, I had spent many hours wading through internet pages trying to the "do it myself" method.  I was totally frustrated.  After contacting Renee, I was both pleased and amazed.  Renee spent some time with me on the telephone in order to understand my goals.  With that accomplished, she began a process that allowed me to make an offer on a property in less than two weeks after our conversation.

Renee gave me access to her website where I was able to define my search more precisely.  Renee provided every single piece of information that would allow me to make the right decision.  She e-mailed floor plans, regime information, a current list of recently sold properties, and a list of what was on the market.  She even took pictures that she sent via e-mail.  She became my eyes; she listened to my heart.  I asked many questions and solicited many opinions but finally I had to come to see for myself.  Renee spent an afternoon with me reviewing my "short list".  As I left to return home, I was equipped with all that I needed to make an offer.  The rest is history.  I make an offer in February and closed on a property in early March, all in about two months time.  Because of Renee, I have no doubts my decision was a solid one.

Renee is truly a joy to work with.  I offer many thanks to her for her "outstanding" service.
